4. The Property is sold with vacant possession unless otherwise stated herein. The buyer purchases the property in full knowledge the seller does not hold a communal door key and a communal door key will not be provided by the seller to the buyer. Vacant possession will be deemed to be given notwithstanding the absence of a communal door key.
