Original features include exposed brick walls and original beams, as well as flagstone flooring, solid oak floorboards, underfloor heating, ledge and brace oak doors and solid oak double glazed windows. The accommodation feels light, spacious and sumptuous, with good quality fixtures and fittings.

Situated just outside the historic market town of Ledbury in east Herefordshire, the property enjoys a rural location and outlook, with the convenience of the town on its doorstep. Ledbury offers a superb quality of life and regularly features within the national media due to its appeal. The well served town has a good range of amenities including independent shops and supermarkets, as well as being surrounded by beautiful rolling countryside.
