Superbly positioned in one of Bunburys most sought after cul de sac locations, with view to front over open green area with private garden to rear, excellent four bedroom two bathroom detached house

Comment From Robert Reed Of Gascoigne Halman

Wakes Meadow is a super road that has an excellent track record of prompt sales. I have sold eight houses here through the years and what has continually impressed me is the quietness and open feel of the road, yet it also enjoys such good walking distance proximity to the village.

This particular house opens into a large space, extending to 1853 square feet and having four double bedrooms, an en suite and family bathroom, three receptions, a lovely breakfast kitchen overlooking the garden and great practicality with utility room, boot room, store and cloakroom.

The most recent investments from the vendor have helped the house really shine, with the bonded resin driveway providing an excellent first impression and the living room having newly installed bi fold doors that open directly to the south facing area of the garden which is ideally planned for al fresco dining. The private and attractive gardens also wrap around to the side and rear.

I know that as an estate agent you shouldn¿t have your favourites, but when it comes to locations, Bunbury village is right up there for me. It has everything ¿ beautiful architecture, great people and community spirit, excellent amenities, open countryside surrounding with great walks and a hugely popular primary school within walking distance.
