Directions from London by road.

Proceed West along the M4 and change to the M5 at Bristol and stay on M5 until exit 27 and take A373 to tiverton then change to A3072 towards bude until you come to holsworthy. From Holsworthy take A3072 towards Bude.

After 2.25 miles turn left at burnards house sign posted to bridgerule.

Follow this road until reaching hillsborough cross and here turn left sign posted derril. The land will be found on the left hand side.
