Luke Storey joined the practice in October 2014. Luke studied at the Arts Educational School of Acting and graduated in the summer of 2011. Luke works in our Business Space Department on both industrial/warehousing and office disposal and acquisition projects.
John Vokins MRICS
Founding Partner of Vokins
John has approximately 25 years experience in the commercial property sector, having worked on projects across England and Wales. John’s experience includes the acquisition and disposal of office and industrial accommodation on behalf of both landlords and tenants, as well as lease advisory, plus landlord & tenant work. John’s experience also includes provision of investment and development advice on existing, new build and refurbishment opportunities.

Rent Review and Lease Renewal
Virginia has been with the practice since 2004 having worked with John Vokins previously within a leading West End firm of commercial property consultants prior to formation of Vokins in 1993. Virginia’s expertise is wide ranging, to include the acquisition and disposal of commercial properties on behalf of clients, together with landlord & tenant and lease advisory work, also on behalf of both landlords and tenants.

Patricia joined the practice in September 2017 having previously worked client side for a property investment company in West London and prior to that with a niche property developer in Cluj-Napoca, Romania.
Martin Kidd
Consultant
Martin brings a wealth of experience and knowledge of the West London industrial and logistics market, having qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1979, following completion of a Diploma in Estate Management at Oxford Polytechnic (now Oxford Brookes) in 1976.
