Mark Edwards
Managing Director
Mark Edwards is the Managing Director and founder of Rent East Yorkshire Ltd, he comes from a background of Legal work and has been managing Properties for years! Mark has grown the business from its humble beginnings, with a stall each Saturday on Beverley Market to where it is today. When the business started Mark did nearly everything himself and he really appreciates having a great team of staff to assist him!
Emily Atkinson
Assistant Manager
Emily Atkinson is the Assistant Manager at Rent East Yorkshire. Emily is also studying a Chartered Management Degree at Hull University. Emily deals with the day-to-day running of the office. Being full time she is the one with all the knowledge of what is going on without needing to check the system! However, she does enjoy going out of the office doing some viewings and tenant move in’s. Outside of work Emily enjoys spending time with her Family & Friends.
Rachel Kendall
Lettings Assistant
Rachel Kendall has been at Rent East Yorkshire since the beginning of 2012 and has a background in office management. She loves organising us... setting up the office systems, lists and excel! Rachel also enjoys getting out of the office to do viewings and check outs. Rachel helps Emily to deputise when Mark he is on leave. Out of the work time she enjoys spending time with her growing family, voluntary work and travelling.
Phil Nolan
Property Manager
Phil Nolan is a Property Manager at Rent East Yorkshire. Phil has more years’ experience in Property Management that he likes to admit. Phil started working at Rent East Yorkshire in 2012 on an ad hoc basis and joined us formally in early 2014 on a part time basis. Phil does the majority of inventories, property inspections and check outs, some viewings and maintenance assessments. Phil is passionate about sport, particularly cricket and Hull City.
