Ian moved to Cornwall from Leicestershire in 1979, having decided, before his tenth birthday, that he was going to be a Truro-based estate agent...... and as a small boy, on holiday in Cornwall, even correctly predicted the building which would be his future place of work.
Educated at Loughborough Grammar School, Ian gained a place at Oxford University to study Law. However, nothing was ever going to get in the way of estate agency. After 21 years as a salaried Partner / Director of the Cornwall subsidiary of an estate agency Plc, Ian co-founded Lillicrap Chilcott in 2001.
With over 40 years experience in Cornwall, Ian's property and county knowledge are unrivalled. Whilst Ian has handled many of the most interesting and notable residential property transactions the county has seen over the years, he is, and has always been, passionate that the firm is here for absolutely everyone - whether selling a dilapidated hut or a country estate, waterside house or a three-bed semi.
Living by the Helford River, Ian spends his spare time in Leicestershire and in Edinburgh where he also has a home. He has a passion for art, design, architecture, classic cars, and music and has personally been a big supporter of Children in Need and The Landmark Trust.
Guy Morse
Deputy Chairman
Having gained a degree in mechanical engineering at Exeter University, Guy began his career in estate agency in 2002 and has been a committed member of the Lillicrap Chilcott team since 2006 and a director since 2012. Cornwall has always been his home and he played 'guess the house price' in newspapers as a youngster so was always destined to be an estate agent! A keen sportsman, in his spare time Guy regularly enjoys trail running, sailing, kite surfing and anything else he can do on or in the water with his young family and cocker spaniel.

Now almost 30 years later, along with Ian Lillicrap, there is no active agent handling the sale of property in Cornwall with greater experience.
Andrew is widely recommended by those for whom he has acted and has a significant number of established clients who have entrusted him to sell their houses on more than one occasion.

Vicki was born in Cornwall and can't imagine a life living anywhere else. She enjoys nothing more than a walk along the coast and spending time with her family.

She decided her true passion was property, particularly those in amazing locations around Cornwall.
With a good knowledge of the county and infectious enthusiasm about all types of property, Vicki knew that estate agency was the career for her.
Vicki joined the team at Lillicrap Chilcott in September 2015. Since then she has enjoyed meeting and assisting people from all over the world in finding their dream homes and investment properties.
Vicki and her husband are currently embarking on their own property journey. They are rebuilding and extending a property to create their very own ideal home, for themselves and their two young daughters.
