Valuer/Director
Paul is one of our valuers and a Director here at iBay Homes. He holds a degree in Business Management. In keeping with the ethos of the company, his focus is firmly on customer service and delivering on the expectations of the people he works for in his role as an estate agent. He has an extensive knowledge of a wide range of property in the local area and is comfortable dealing with all aspects of estate agency. Of a weekend, Paul spends time with his wife and children.
Laura Fort
Office Manager/Director
Laura is our Office Manager at iBay Homes, as well as a director. She has been ever present in the development of the company, helping her father set up the estate agency back in 2011. Laura’s dedication to her role at ibay means our customers always receive the highest possible level of service. Whilst her role is primarily in the office negotiating and chasing sales progression, Laura is happy to get involved in all aspects Laura enjoys going on City & Sun holidays with her Fiancée.
Julie Hall
Marketing Specialist
Julie is our marketing specialist; her main role is to ensure that our clients’ properties are presented to prospective purchasers in the most positive, accurate and informative way possible. Julie provides quality photographs and well detailed brochures and is served very well by her meticulous attention to detail. Julie has a wealth of industry knowledge and having lived locally all her life, she has proven to be a fantastic addition to the team.

Ann, our viewer, has over 20 years experience working within the industry. She has a natural flair for identifying potential purchaser’s requirements and highlighting a properties best features. Having lived in the Bay area all her life, Ann is familiar with the local amenities, schools and infrastructure holding a wealth of information relevant when purchasing your new home.
Suzanne Spence
Senior Sales Negotiator
Suzanne has been a terrific addition to the iBay Homes team, having worked in an estate agency since 1999, there’s no surprise that Suzanne is excelling in her role within the business. Working at iBay Homes on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, Suzanne’s main job role is administration and negotiating, although she has in-depth knowledge of all aspects of the property industry. Outside of work Suzanne enjoys long walks, spending time with her partner, family and 4 year old son, Lucas!
Gina Hodgson
Lettings Manager
Gina joined the iBay Homes team in 2015. She has an outgoing and friendly personality. Gina is our lettings manager and deals with everything rentals. Gina has proven to be very popular with our clients, providing a superb and professional service for all she deals with. Gina has a greyhound which takes up a lot of her time, but when she isn’t walking, she is spending time with friends, attending gigs/concerts and visiting family in Spain.
Allison Robertson

Allison joined the iBay Homes team in 2020. Her role is show potential purchasers round our properties on Fridays and Saturdays. She has a real flare for interior design and her passion shows through on the viewings. Outside of work, Allison enjoys spending time with her husband, three children and three grandchildren and sitting in her garden/ hot tub.
