Stuart Goff, commenced business as Goffs Estate Agents in 1967 in Sheffield city centre and then opened the very first agents in the suburbs with Woodseats, Hillsborough and Crookes by 1970.

Stephen has worked in property for over 18 years starting at the family business “Goffs” in 2002. In 2004 he attended Sheffield Hallam University and completed his degree in Urban Land Economics whilst working for a local firm of Chartered Surveyors becoming a qualified Charted Surveyor. He re-joined the family business as Hunters, helping to build our Crookes, Hillsborough & Woodseats branches to market leaders in their respective areas.

Joanne joined the team in August 2012 as office manager. She loves making sure the whole process of buying a home is as simple and stress-free as possible. Jack has been with Hunters since June 2017. Having started as an apprentice at our Crookes branch, he quickly rose through the ranks and transferred to Woodseats where he operates as a trained and qualified Sales Negotiator. When he’s not working, Jack enjoys a good game of rugby, followed by a trip to the pub.
Elliot Appleby

Elliot grew up a stone's throw away from our Woodseats branch, where he attended Bradway Primary and Meadowhead Secondary School. His Hunters career began in September 2017, when he trained to become a Sales Negotiator, following a two-year customer service apprenticeship at a technology firm. Elliot’s helpful nature, knowledge of the local area and experience in customer service has made for hundreds of happy house hunters at the Woodseats branch.
