@ Home Estate Agents is an independent company, formed at the beginning of 2013 by Toby Knight. Toby was a former Director of Knights of Bath and when the Sales and Letting departments reorganised, Toby took over the sales side of the business. With over 33 years experience within Estate Agency and having grown up and been schooled locally in Bath, Toby and his team have the local knowledge and experience to assist you in your buying and selling process.

The philosophy is to be totally customer focused, deliver excellent customer service and to provide innovative marketing and value for money. Estate Agents generally get a bad press – and with some, rightly so. At @ Home Estate Agents it is our aim to change the general public’s perception of Estate Agency and to exceed our client’s expectations.

In addition to being independent, @Home Estate Agents has a strong family tie with Joanna Knight, Toby’s’ wife being part of the management team. In total, between Toby, Joanna and Guy and Jess there is a wealth of experience which exceeds 50 years in the property world.

We do not do lettings, student accommodation, surveying or commercial property or come to that anything other than focussing totally on selling your home and giving you the client the very best possible service.
