Roy launched Evolution with the clear understanding that he needed to provide a unique product within an already established industry. His philosophy is to provide a flexible service across the entire day, 7 days a week without the usual office opening restrictions. Having been involved in property since 1998, Roy brings a wealth of knowledge to the business as well as a hunger for providing a first class service and attracting first class clients.

Michelle has been in the property industry for over 10 years and has in depth experience of both the lettings and sales markets. As well as ensuring that all documentation and paperwork is completed correctly, Michelle runs our maintenance department with the emphasis on making sure that any issues are dealt with promptly and efficiently. Having lived and worked in Ashford for many years, her local knowledge makes her invaluable to every single one of our clients.
