David founded Cumbrian Properties in 1993 with the vision of creating Cumbria's leading independent Estate Agency. David still plays an active part in leading the companies commercial and financial functions, as well as overseeing the management of the Keswick and Windermere offices and the group's sister company, Lakes Cottage Holidays.

David's role is predominantly field based and involves carrying out inspections, inventories, fault-finding, scheduling maintenance and liaising with contractors. David is on hand to ensure we proactively serve the needs of our tenants and landlords. He joined the Cumbrian Properties team in 2005 after a successful career in Retail Store Management.

Connor studied his A levels at William Howard School until June 2015, initially working with us whilst at school on a Saturday, until he joined the company full time in August 2015. He has enjoyed working in Residential Sales and Lettings Property Maintenance and is now looking forward to working as a Lettings Negotiator, dealing with new tenants and landlords.

After stepping out of Lettings with Cumbrian Properties and working within our sister company Lakes Cottage Holidays for the last 5 years, Rachael is back working within the maintenance department of Lettings. From a very young age Rachael has been working within the family businesses and also for a family in the North East setting up one of Newcastle's largest student letting agencies. Rachael brings with her a wealth of knowledge and experience within the property sector.
