  Branch Manager

  Having worked in property and mortgages since 2005, David joined Cameron King in 2016 where he has established a solid reputation for honest advice, accurate pricing, selling property and ensuring sales complete within preferred timescales. Every property matters here, and David takes great pride in ensuring the team focus on booking quality viewings, negotiating sales and keeping offers moving to completion.

• Sam Arfield MARLA

  Lettings Manager

  Sam’s background is purely in property having started her career in 2000 in a Spanish Estate Agency. With a passion to learn all she could, Sam returned to the UK progressing to senior positions across Lettings, Property Management, Off plan and overseas investment. Sam earned her ARLA qualification in 2012 and a marketing degree in 2016, the combination of which ensures properties let quickly for the best price and within legislative guidelines.

• Lucy Chandler

  Senior Negotiator

  Having worked in property and customer services for over three years, Lucy has learned a great deal about property and quickly established herself in the lettings role. Her solid experience earned her promotion to Senior Negotiator where she has embraced the world of sales broadening her knowledge and experience. Lucy builds excellent relationships with both landlords and sellers and prides herself on looking beyond the obvious, and listening to what her customers need.

• Nigel Underdown

  Maintenance

  As part of First Call Property Maintenance, Nigel works alongside Cameron King to oversee all maintenance reports. He develops a good relationship with landlords and tenants, and as a landlord himself takes his role very seriously. He will undertake free of charge inspections to ascertain reported issues and ensure the right contractor attends. He also offers a range of property related services such as EPCs, Inventories and inspections.

• Keith Carree

  Office Administration

  Keith joined the team in 2016 and brought with him an enormous wealth of experience and professionalism. Keith manages the completed properties and is responsible for the operational side of tenancies working closely with First Call Property Maintenance to oversee any property maintenance issues. Keith is honest, reliable and process-driven giving tenants and landlords a reliable, friendly contact in the office, who they know will get the job done.
