The company is owned and run by ourselves, Ian and Emma Bovingdon, and we have been married for over 27 years and have 2 grown up children. We met whilst working for a large corporate Estate Agency on the South Coast and have been in the property selling industry for over 60 years combined. We are experienced in all aspects of property, including land buying & selling, New Homes and residential homes. We thought it was about time we did this for ourselves & to give us total control over what we do and how we do it. We have lived in East Cambridgeshire for over 20 years, raised our family here and have been involved with the community and local businesses during that time.
