The Estates division, part of the ANM Group, was formed in the 1920’s and officially became Aberdeen and Northern (Estates) Ltd in January 1987. Aberdeen & Northern (Estates) is based at Thainstone Centre in the market town of Inverurie, approximately 15 miles northwest of Aberdeen. Our network of contacts has been established after many successful years trading in this locality and extends beyond the north east region well into the north of Scotland. Our range of services means we have in depth knowledge of the rural property market and close relations with the rural community forged by providing a high quality service over many years.
