There are loads of amenities nearby within minutes. Such as Tesco, Sainsbury, Iceland, Hardware shops, Puregym, 24hr corner shops, local pubs, fast food, kebab, chicken and fish and chips and several lovely parks, Bermondsey Beach, etc.
Connectivity

5 Mins walk to Bermondsey tube, 15 mins walk to Tower Bridge.
West End, The City, Tower and London Bridge, Peckham, Greenwich, Elephant and Castle, Southbank, Waterloo and indeed all areas of London available 24hrs a day via Jubillee Line and many bus routes.
