The Area

A fast train from Richmond Station gets to Waterloo in 15 minutes, from St Margarets direct to Waterloo 30 minutes. The River Thames footbridge is just a few minutes' walk away and from there it is a 10 minute walk across the Old Deer Park to a leisure centre with indoor and outdoor swimming and a gym.

Richmond Park is the largest of London's Royal Parks (2500 acres) and from a particular point, on a clear day, you can see through to St Pauls Cathedral in London. St Margarets is home to Twickenham Film Studios and it has a friendly village atmosphere.
