A wardrobe and dressing table are also provided, along with a table and chairs for dining or working. The separate kitchenette is equipped with a fridge, microwave, hob, sink, cookware, and essentials for preparing simple meals. The spacious bathroom includes a bathtub and a separate shower.

Parking permits are required for on-street parking and can be purchased for £3.60 per day. For stays of 28 days or more, an increased cleaning fee applies per stay.

This studio boasts a fantastic location in the vibrant heart of Southsea, with amenities right on your doorstep. Enjoy the coffee and cake shop opposite, along with numerous bars, restaurants, shops, and hairdressers within a stone's throw. You're also extremely close to the Kings Theatre and a short distance to the seafront, Gunwharf Quays, and Portsmouth's historic dockyard.

Please be mindful of quiet hours between 11 pm and 8 am, as this is a residential building. All properties are non-smoking. There are no on-site laundry facilities, however a launderette is a short walk away. A starter supply of essentials is provided; additional supplies can be purchased locally during your stay.

The studio includes a table with chairs for dining or working, and a yoga mat is provided for unwinding.
