The primary bedroom has its own ensuite, and the second double bedroom is served by a separate full bathroom, giving two people their own space. This makes it well suited to colleagues sharing or families. The apartment sleeps up to four.

The fully equipped kitchen makes longer stays easy, and there's free Wi-Fi throughout and a Smart TV in the living area.

The building has a concierge, secure entry, full CCTV and multiple lifts, plus a free parking space (vehicle size limits apply, see below).

Stays from a few nights to several months are welcome. All bills and Wi-Fi are included, with discounted weekly and monthly rates. Corporate and direct bookings are available on request.

Please note: DLR trains

The DLR runs directly alongside the building and can be seen and heard from the apartment. Trains run frequently from early morning until after midnight. The windows reduce the noise but don't eliminate it. If you're a light sleeper or sensitive to noise, this apartment may not be the right fit, so please check the location on the map before booking. As train noise is disclosed in advance, it isn't grounds for a refund or early cancellation outside the standard cancellation policy.

Longer stays

For stays of 28 nights or more, the apartment is professionally cleaned once a month, with fresh bed linen and towels provided at each clean. A spare set of linen and towels is left in the apartment so you can change them in between. Additional cleans can be arranged on request for a fee. Guests are asked to keep the apartment in good order between cleans and to report any maintenance issues promptly.

Bills included

Electricity, heating, water and Wi-Fi are included in the price. We ask guests to use utilities reasonably, for example by turning off the heating when windows are open, and we reserve the right to discuss excessive usage on longer stays.

Free parking
A parking space is included free of charge. Access is via a car lift with the following limits:
- Width: 2.4 m
- Height: 2.1 m

Linen and bedding

The apartment sleeps up to four, and the beds are made up for four guests. If there are fewer of you, we kindly ask that you use only the bedding and towels you need.

Building and communal areas

The apartment is part of a larger residential building, so communal facilities such as lifts are managed by the building, not by us. If anything isn't working, let us know and we'll raise it with building management straight away and help however we can.

Baby travel cot (on request)

A complimentary travel cot is available on request, subject to availability. Please confirm before arrival. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervision, safety checks and safe use throughout the stay, and we recommend following The Lullaby Trust's safe sleep guidance. Full terms and a safety notice will be sent on confirmation. This does not affect your statutory rights.
