8 bed detached house to rent

Rolleston Drive, Lenton NG7

Calling all students with a penchant for spacious living and a flair for sharing! This colossal 8 bedroom detached house is ready to become the backdrop for your legendary university years (or at least your group’s next epic movie night). Each of the eight double bedrooms offers ample room for study, sleep and the inevitable pile of laundry, while three bathrooms mean you can actually get ready on time for those 9am lectures (no promises on motivation). At just £155 per person per week (or £671.66 per person per calendar month), you can save your pennies for takeaways and caffeine. The £250 deposit per person is just enough to keep things interesting, and if splitting bills isn’t your thing, there’s an optional all-inclusive package (because who really wants to argue over the thermostat). The location is practically a student’s dream, with the University of Nottingham and Queens Medical Centre within easy reach, plus every local amenity and transport link you could wish for. If you bring your friends along, our referral scheme might even earn you extra brownie points (or actual brownies, if you ask nicely). Quote office reference 11rd when you call - your future self will thank you.
