The cozy lounge boasts a working fireplace, and the property includes hotel-quality bed linens and towels. An initial supply of hand soap, shower gel, shampoo, washing-up liquid, salt, pepper, tea bags, coffee, milk sachets, toilet roll, and kitchen roll are provided.
A travel cot and high chair are provided, with additional units available on request and subject to a rental fee. Parking for 2 cars is available at the property, and any additional vehicles will need to be parked off-site. Free Wi-Fi is included.
The nearest pub, The Dinton Hermit, and the Seven Stars Dinton restaurant are a 5-minute drive away. The nearest supermarket, Waitrose or Sainsbury's in Thame, is a 10-minute drive. Haddenham & Thame Parkway train station is a 5-10 minute drive away.
Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere within the property, including stairways, hallways, bedrooms, and bathrooms. A charge of £250 will apply if there is any evidence of smoking. Parties, stag dos, hen parties, and large celebrations are strictly not permitted. Any bookings found to be in breach of this policy may be cancelled without notice. The lead guest must be aged 25 or over to make a booking and stay at the property. Prior to arrival, all guests are required to complete a pre-arrival verification process, including id checks and agreement to the Terms & Conditions. Lost keys and any required lock changes will be charged accordingly. Collecting keys before the agreed check-in time, or returning them after the 10 am check-out time without prior arrangement, will incur a charge of £25 per hour (or part thereof).
