Booking & Payment Terms
Bookings made more than 4 weeks before arrival
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure the reservation.
The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 48 hours before arrival.
Bookings made within 4 weeks of arrival
The full booking amount is payable at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
Bookings made within 4 weeks of arrival
Where a booking is made for a stay commencing within 4 weeks, a 50% cancellation fee will apply if the booking is cancelled.
Bookings made more than 4 weeks before arrival
For bookings made more than 4 weeks before the arrival date, 25% of the initial 50% booking deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
Security Bond
A £500 refundable security bond is payable by card.
The security bond will be released within 7 days after departure, subject to the property being left in satisfactory condition and no deductions being required for damage, loss or other applicable charges.
