Any prohibited items left after check-out that require specialist handling or disposal will result in a charge equal to the actual cost incurred. Quiet hours are observed between 10 pm-7 am. Standard check-in hours are between 3 pm and 7 pm; requests outside of these hours will incur additional charges. Standard check-out is 10 am; requests later than 10 am may incur additional charges. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability. Smoking is generally prohibited in the apartments. Damages or holes in and on furniture, floors, beds, or linen will result in charges for replacement value and penalty fees.
