The room is generously sized with a double bed and wardrobe. There is a large, shared kitchen, a bathroom and separate WC, but also a shower cubicle in the room for convenience. This shared accommodation benefits from double glazed windows and gas central heating.

Included in the rent amount are most of the bills, which incorporates the gas central heating, internet, water, and council tax (Band B). The room is offered to rent on a fixed term six month agreement that then will progress to a monthly periodic contract. We are able to offer a reduced deposit of only £200 on this accommodation.
