This was our own family home before we moved, and the tenants who have been here since are leaving only because they have bought a place of their own. It has been a happy house and we would like to hand it on well.

The area

Moorfield Road is a quiet street, with Light Oaks Park a few minutes' walk away, and Buile Hill Park close by, with good local primary schools within walking distance. Buses into Manchester run from the main road, Salford Crescent station is a short drive with direct trains into Manchester, and Salford Royal, the University, MediaCity and the Quays are all straightforward commutes. The city centre is around fifteen minutes off-peak.

Income. Combined household income of at least £46,500 a year. Income from all sources counts, including employment, self-employment, pensions and benefits. If your income is below that, a UK-based guarantor with an income of at least £46,500 works instead.

Start date. You need to be able to take the tenancy from 18 November.

Accurate information. Your application needs to be accurate. If something material turns out not to be, we would withdraw the offer.
