Any substantiated noise complaint may result in a Noise Disturbance Fee of £250 per incident. Unauthorized parties or events will result in immediate termination of the stay and charges deducted from the Security Deposit. Guests may be required at check-in to confirm their identity by providing a valid passport, identity card, or driving licence. Under no circumstances may guests charge electric vehicles, electric scooters, electric bicycles, lithium-powered devices, or high-capacity battery-operated equipment anywhere on the property.
