Damages or holes in and on furniture, floors, beds, linen etc. Will result in a charge for the replacement value and penalty fees. Pressurised gas canisters (including nitrous oxide/laughing gas), fuel cylinders or butane/propane containers, and fireworks or other hazardous materials are strictly prohibited in the property.
