There is a large garden and parking available. The house is approx 12 minutes walk Virginia Water station, 10 mins drive from M25 Chertsey and 1 mile Virginia Water village, Ascot 10 mins, Windsor 15 mins. Heathrow terminal 1/2/3 15-20 mins depending on traffic.

Facilities include shared kitchen/dining room/bathroom/shower room/downstairs toilet, gas CH, washing machine, dryer, fridges/ freezers, microwave, double oven, WiFi/Wired broadband.

Property is cleaned twice per week. Current average bills are split between those in the house and average at £25/week or £108/calendar month (4.3 weeks) and are included in a quoted rates. These rates will vary due to variations in gas/electric but are lower in summer than winter as there is less requirement for heating to be on constantly.
