Please be aware that this is a quiet residential area, and parties or loud noise are not permitted. Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere inside the property. The latest check-in time is 8:00 pm. If you do check in after 10:00 pm, the Guest Management Team will be unable to assist. A late extension request charge of £50 applies if you wish to extend your stay and do not contact us before 4 pm the day before your departure date. Pre-arrival verification, including identity verification, guest information confirmation, registration of a refundable security deposit or non-refundable damage waiver, and review and acceptance of the Rental Agreement, is required before check-in details can be released. Registered guests only are permitted at the property. Please be considerate of neighbors and keep noise to a minimum, particularly between 11:00 pm and 8:00 am.
