The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, cookware, utensils, and essential kitchenware, with tea and coffee provided. The master bedroom includes a comfortable double bed and a 43” Smart TV, while the second bedroom offers a double bed and an additional sofa bed. Both contemporary bathrooms are equipped with powerful showers and hotel-style amenities.

For guests arriving by car, there are two conveniently located public car parks directly opposite the building, both offering reasonably priced parking options and garage access.

Ideally located in the heart of Liverpool city centre, this apartment is perfectly positioned between the business district and world-famous shopping, dining, and entertainment areas. The building is home to permanent residents, so guests are kindly asked to remain respectful and considerate throughout their stay. Quiet hours are observed from 22:00 to 8:00. Pets are not allowed, smoking is not allowed, and events are not allowed. Check-in is available from 3pm, and check-out is by 11am. While the Smart TVs include streaming apps and BBC iPlayer, terrestrial channels are not available. We manage only the apartment itself and are not responsible for the communal areas of the building.
