Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am. There is a strict no-smoking policy indoors, with a £1000 fine for violations. No parties or events are allowed, and any breach will result in immediate removal by security with no refund. Noise and air monitoring systems are in place. Stays over 10 nights require additional housekeeping for an extra fee. Early check-in is available for £20/hour before the stated time (if not pre-approved), and late check-out (after 10 am) is £20/hour.
