What's less than ideal!
- No sitting room - just a huge bedroom with a big armchair, and a table in the kitchen at which you can work.
- The washing machine is shared with the rest of the house. You can use it whenever you want in the downstairs loo of the main house, which is accessed just outside the flat's front door
- The shower, basin and WC (but not the kitchen sink) relies on a macerator pump, so you have to be careful about what goes down the drains. Foreign objects such as tampons or condoms, and excess toilet paper, or hair from the shower, will break the pump immediately, so please dispose of these in the waste bins provided. It normally takes 24-48 hours to get someone out to fix the macerator, and during that period none of the water facilities can be used.
- Candles, incense burning, and tobacco smoke are not permitted.
- It's a family home, so no noise after 11pm please.
- Single-tenant occupancy only - though guests of course are very welcome.
