Quiet hours are observed between 10pm-8am. Standard check-in hours are between 3pm and 7pm, with additional charges for check-ins outside these hours. Standard check-out is 10am, with potential additional charges for later check-outs. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability. Children up to 4 years can stay free of charge on existing bedding. Children from 5 to 12 years can stay at £25 per night. Children from 13 to 17 years can stay at £30 per night. Early check-in prior to 12:00 hours will incur one night's charges. Late check-out post 13:00 hours will incur one night's charges. Smoking is generally prohibited in the apartments. Damages or holes in furniture, floors, beds, or linens will result in charges for replacement value and penalty fees. For health and safety reasons, pressurised gas canisters, fuel cylinders, butane/propane containers, and fireworks are strictly prohibited. Any prohibited items left in the property after check-out that require specialist handling or disposal will result in a charge equal to the actual cost incurred. Weekly cleaning is included for bookings of 10 nights or more, carried out on the property's scheduled cleaning day. Weekly cleaning will not be provided if there are 7 days or fewer remaining before your check-out date.
