Standard cleaning at check-out is included, but extra cleaning due to dirty dishes, unreasonable mess, or excess rubbish may incur additional charges. A shoes-off policy is in effect. Candles are for decorative purposes only and should not be lit. By accepting this reservation, guests agree that a fee of up to £1,000 may be charged for House Rules violations, including property damage, unauthorised guests, or significant disturbances. Cameras are present by the front entrance (outside and inside) for security and insurance purposes.
