Check-in is from 15:00 unless early collection is arranged before arrival, subject to availability and charged at £20 per hour. Late key return after the check-out time of 10:00 is also subject to a charge. This is a non-smoking building; £250 will be charged if any signs of smoking are found within the flat. Guests found smoking in front of the building will be subject to a £100 charge. Stag, hen, or party groups are not allowed and may be asked to leave with no refund. Reservations with large groups under the age of 25 will not be accepted. Missing of a parking permit can result in a deposit charge of £100.
