Each bedroom comes with a Smart TV and free Wi-Fi. The bathroom has a shower, sink, mirror, and toilet. Plenty of bath towels, hand towels, and bath mats are provided.
A separate outdoor laundry room is equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer, offering space to store bikes or luggage. Guests can enjoy a private outdoor area with garden furniture. Private off-street parking is available for 1 vehicle. A travel cot or high chair is available upon request for a fee of £50.00.

Smoking of any kind, leaving traces behind suggesting smoking of any kind, or vaping (including e-cigarettes) is not allowed indoors. Please smoke on the street or patio area, if available. Noise should be kept to a minimum between 10 pm and 8 am. Call-outs due to excessive noise or parties may incur a fee. This Late check-out is available for a fee of £50+VAT per half hour unless agreed upon in advance. Not returning keys to the key safe will incur a £200+VAT fee. The lead guest must be 21 or over.
