Parking is available on nearby roads for free between 6 pm and 8 am. Outside these hours, you can park on any nearby road that is free. Weekly cleans are available.

Loud music, smoking indoors, or any sign of parties will trigger monitoring systems and lead to instant removal without refund. Stays over 10 nights require additional housekeeping for an extra fee. Early check-in is available for £20/hour before the stated time (if not pre-approved), and late check-out (after 10 am) is £20/hour. Online check-in is required to confirm your booking, where the lead guest must complete a secure check-in form, agree to T&Cs, and provide a valid UK photo id or passport.
