Pets are not permitted. Guests are fully responsible for the keys provided; lost keys or lockouts will result in charges. Guests agree that a fee of up to £1,000 may be charged for House Rules violations, including property damage, unauthorized guests, or significant disturbances.Guests are welcome to use the communal garden, which is a beautiful and quiet place.
