Quiet hours are observed from 9 pm to 9 am. Guests are responsible for the garden key. The main guest must provide a photo of an official id prior to arrival or at check-in. Check-in is from 3 pm and check-out is by 11 am. Late/early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Free luggage drop-off is usually available from 12 pm but needs to be agreed upon in advance. A fee of £50 per hour or fraction thereof applies for late check-out without prior agreement. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or near open windows; guests will be liable for the cost of professional upholstery and fabric cleaning if smoke odors are detected. Pets are not permitted. Guests are fully responsible for the keys provided; lost keys or lockouts will result in charges. Guests agree that a fee of up to £1,000 may be charged for House Rules violations, including property damage, unauthorized guests, or significant disturbances.Guests are welcome to use the communal garden, which is a beautiful and quiet place. The entrance is around the street. Guests are responsible for the garden key.
