Keys can be collected from a local Keynest Shop - Liverpool - Muskers Newsagents (48 Dale Street, Liverpool, L2 5st), approximately a 15-minute walk away. The shop is open from 06:00 - 02:00 on Mondays - Thursdays, 6:00-00:00 on Fridays, and 24 hours on Saturdays and Sundays. Alternative key collection can be arranged for arrivals past closing time.
This apartment is ideally situated in central Liverpool, within walking distance of the city center and tourist attractions, as well as the best shopping centers. For venturing further afield, a variety of bus stops and 'Moorfields' train station are conveniently close by. The apartment block is a private and quiet residential building.
Please note that the apartment is located within a residential building, making it unsuitable for parties, events, or celebrations. There is a strict policy against loud music or noise, and guests are asked to be respectful of neighbors. Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out. Guests will be charged £100 if there are any signs of smoking on the property. The check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 10am. Unauthorized late check-out will incur a charge. Collecting keys before 3pm or returning them later than 10am without prior arrangement will be subject to a minimum charge of £20 per hour or part thereof. This property is unable to host groups of guests under 25, and stag and hen nights are not allowed. Lost fobs will be charged at £50 each. While the building has a lift, its functionality during your stay cannot be guaranteed. Parcels cannot be delivered to the apartment's address and the property cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged items. Maintenance works may require access to the property with 24 hours' notice, unless it's an emergency.We are available from 9am-9pm each day to help with any queries via phone call or message. We do have an emergency out of hours team that helps out during later hours though they are limited in what assistance they can provide. Hence, any issues communicated outside of these hours will need to be dealt with the next day unless it is an emergency situation.
