Complimentary tea, coffee, salt, and pepper are provided. The bathroom is fitted with a shower over the bath, sink, mirror, and toilet, and plenty of bath towels, hand towels, and bath mats are supplied.

A travel cot and high chair are available for hire for a fee of £50.00 each, upon request. A late check-out fee of £50+VAT per half hour applies unless agreed upon in advance.

This apartment is ideally located just a 1-minute walk from the vibrant North Laine and the city center, offering easy access to walking streets, cafes, restaurants, cinemas, and pubs, making it perfect for shopping and nightlife. Please note that this accommodation may have stairs and may not be suitable for guests with disabilities or limited mobility. Smoking of any kind, including vaping, is not allowed indoors; please smoke on the street or patio area if available. Noise should be kept to a minimum between 10 pm and 8 am. Call-outs due to excessive noise or parties may incur a fee. This Check-in is from 4 pm, with instructions sent via email and sms at 3 pm on the arrival day.
