A travel cot and high chair are available for hire for a fee of £50.00 each, upon request.

This apartment is perfectly positioned, just a 1-minute walk from North Laine with its vibrant streets, cafes, restaurants, cinemas, and pubs, offering excellent shopping and nightlife. It's also conveniently located close to Brighton's world-famous pier and beach.

Smoking of any kind, including vaping, is not allowed indoors. Noise should be kept to a minimum between 10 pm and 8 am. Call-outs due to excessive noise or parties may incur a fee. This Late check-out is available for a fee of £50+vat per half hour, unless agreed upon in advance. There is a £200+vat fee for not returning keys to the key safe/Keynest. This accommodation may have stairs and may not be suitable for guests with disabilities or limited mobility.
