This apartment sleeps up to 4 guests and features a fully equipped kitchenette with an oven, hob, fridge with freezer compartment, washing machine, glassware, crockery, and pots & pans. The dining table seats all guests. The separate mezzanine sleeping area has zip-and-link beds that can be set up as a double or two singles. A comfortable double sofa bed is available in the living area. All linen, bedding, and towels are provided.

A travel cot or high chair is available for a fee of £50.00 upon request, and a pet fee of £95 applies per stay. Late check-out is available for a fee of £50+vat per half hour unless agreed in advance.

Located on the sought-after East Jetty of Brighton Marina, you are moments from a buzzing mix of restaurants, bars, cafés, boutique shops, a cinema, bowling, and a casino. Brighton's vibrant city centre is just a short bus or taxi ride away.

The mezzanine sleeping area is accessed by steep, narrow stairs, which may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility. Free parking is available nearby, but not suitable for larger vans over 1.95m in height. Smoking of any kind, including vaping, is not allowed indoors. Noise should be kept to a minimum between 10 pm and 8 am. Call-outs due to excessive noise or parties may incur a fee. The lead guest must be 21 or over. Superfast Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment, and a Smart TV with access to Netflix & Amazon Prime is provided (guests need to log in with their own accounts).
