Quiet hours are observed between 9:00 pm and 9:00 am. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or near open windows; if cigarette smoke or similar odors are detected, guests will be liable for the cost of professional upholstery and fabric cleaning. Pets are not permitted. Lost keys, lockouts, or any situation requiring a locksmith will result in charges to cover the full cost. Standard cleaning at check-out is included, but extra cleaning due to dirty dishes, unreasonable mess, or excess rubbish may incur additional charges. Decorative candles are for display only and should not be lit. A fee of up to £1,000 may be charged for house rules violations, including property damage, unauthorized guests, or significant disturbances. Check-in is from 3 pm and check-out is by 11 am. Late/early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and require advance agreement. Free luggage drop-off is usually available from 12 pm but needs to be agreed upon in advance. Late check-out without prior agreement incurs a £50/hour fee.Infants are charged at £18/night. An extra bed (sofa bed in the living room) is automatically offered for parties of 5-6 guests, and can be arranged for smaller parties of 3-4 people for an additional one-off fee of £35 for setup and laundry service. This may not be available for same-day reservations for the first night.
