There are 3 flights of stairs to reach the apartment, so it is not recommended for guests with limited mobility. Please be aware that the home is on the market for sale, and viewings may be requested with 24 hours' notice. For the comfort and safety of all guests, parties or gatherings are not allowed in the apartments. Quiet hours are observed from 8 pm to 8 am. Smoking and pets are not permitted. Check-in is between 3:00 pm and 9:00 pm.
