Upstairs, the living space includes two sofa beds accommodating up to 4 guests, a large Smart TV, and a farmhouse-style dining table with benches. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, kettle, espresso coffee machine, and oven. A second bathroom features a shower, toilet, and basin. A baby chair and baby cot are available within the apartment.

Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided. Paid parking is available at ukcps Ltd Cains Brewery for approximately £20 for up to 5 days, or at King Park, about a 5-minute walk away. Keys can be collected from a local Keynest Shop.

The apartment is located just outside of Liverpool's center within the trendy Baltic Triangle, an area known for its best bars, restaurants, and attractions. Discover the Love Lane Brewery, Manifest wine bar and restaurant, and Liverpool's vibrant China Town, all within walking distance. The apartment is about a 15-minute walk from Liverpool's central attractions, including Liverpool One shopping center and the Albert Dock. Regular buses are also available into the city center.

This apartment is located within a residential building and is not suitable for parties, events, or celebrations. There is a strict policy against loud music or noise. Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out. The check-in time is 3 pm and check-out is 10 am. An unauthorized late check-out will incur a charge. While the building has a lift, its functionality cannot be guaranteed during your stay. Parcels cannot be delivered to the apartment's address. Maintenance works may be carried out with 24 hours' notice unless it is an emergency.We are available from 9 am-9 pm each day to help with any queries via phone call or message. We do have an emergency out of hours team that helps out during later hours though they are limited in what assistance they can provide. Hence, any issues communicated outside of these hours will need to be dealt with the next day unless it is an emergency situation.
