This apartment is located within a residential building and is not suitable for parties, events, or celebrations. There is a strict policy against loud music or noise. Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out. The check-in time is 3 pm and check-out is 10 am. An unauthorized late check-out will incur a charge. While the building has a lift, its functionality cannot be guaranteed during your stay. Parcels cannot be delivered to the apartment's address. Maintenance works may be carried out with 24 hours' notice unless it is an emergency.We are available from 9 am-9 pm each day to help with any queries via phone call or message. We do have an emergency out of hours team that helps out during later hours though they are limited in what assistance they can provide. Hence, any issues communicated outside of these hours will need to be dealt with the next day unless it is an emergency situation.
