Strictly no parties are tolerated, and any misuse of the property for excessive noise and/or partying will result in security being called to remove guests, with the full security deposit charged against the removed guests. Please respect neighboring houses with quiet enjoyment between 10 pm and 8 am. Shoes are strictly prohibited upstairs; please ensure that you leave your shoes downstairs, beyond the stairs. Pets are allowed with prior written approval, and guests are kindly requested to use the pet gate to ensure they are not left unattended upstairs. Smoking is strictly prohibited under any conditions, and guests will be charged £400 if the smell of cigarette smoke or evidence of smoking is found after your stay. If smoking within the apartment/building is discovered during your stay, guests will be asked to leave without any refund. Any tampering with the smoke alarm will result in the whole security deposit being claimed. Please refrain from disposing of cigarette butts in the house bins; instead, kindly retain them in the garden and dispose of them in the main bins located in the parking area. Guests will be charged £300 for lost or unreturned keys due to the requirement of changing locks for security reasons. Check-out time is 11:00 am and check-in time is 3:30 pm. Late check-outs will be charged at £30 for the first hour and £20 per hour thereafter. The minimum age for check-in is 22. Children of any age are only allowed to stay if they are accompanied by a responsible adult or carer. The host takes no responsibility for any injuries that guests might have caused to themselves during their stay in the apartment. Guests are obliged to keep their belongings and valuables safe and must always lock the door when leaving the apartment or for the night. The host takes no responsibility for any lost items caused by neglect by any guest.
