For your convenience, there are several supermarkets nearby, including Tesco, Lidl, and Aldi. The house is only a short walk from the river Cam, offering idyllic walks into Cambridge city center (approximately 35 minutes). If you have bikes, it takes about 10 minutes to get to the heart of Cambridge. Cambridge North train station is just a 5-minute walk away.

The lead guest must complete the online check-in form, agree to our Terms & Conditions, and upload at least 1 id before check-in. Forms must be filled at least 24 hours prior to the check-in date. We operate a self-check-in system. Failure to do so may result in the reservation being cancelled. Please make sure you close and lock all the windows and doors when you are not on the property. If the property is found left unsecured (windows or doors open/unlocked) during your stay and/or at check-out, a penalty fee will be charged. A fee will also apply if the keys are misplaced during your stay or not returned to the lockbox at check-out. Quiet hours are observed between 22:00 and 08:00. The minimum age requirement is 21 years old (at least one guest must be 21 years old). For stays of 10 nights or longer, an interim housekeeping service or linen change must be arranged during your stay. Failure to do so may result in additional charges at check-out. Do not wash any of our linens or towels. Charges may apply for unauthorized washing, excessive soiling, or replacement of damaged items. Additional charges may also apply if the property is left in an unacceptable condition at check-out, such as excessive rubbish being left behind or dishes and cookware not being cleared away or loaded into the dishwasher.Please note that our partner requires a lead guest to provide a valid id to verify their booking details. In addition, a security deposit is required for your stay. Our partner will contact you prior to your arrival to securely collect your credit card details. A £350 hold will be placed on your card 2 days before your check‐out date. This is a standard security deposit to cover any potential damages, stains, repairs, or replacements needed after the stay. The hold will be released after check‐out, provided no issues are found. It may reflect to your account within the next 3-5 working business days, depending on your bank services.
