A premium single-size airbed can be set up upon request for an additional fee of £35, which includes setup and laundry service. Infants are charged at £18 per night, and a baby cot can be organized for an extra fee.

Smoking is forbidden inside the apartment and near open windows. If cigarette smoke or similar odors are detected, guests will be liable for the cost of professional upholstery and fabric cleaning. Guests are responsible for the keys provided; lost keys or lockouts will incur charges. Guests are asked to lock all doors and windows when leaving the property. Standard cleaning at check-out is included, but extra cleaning due to dirty dishes, unreasonable mess, or excess rubbish may incur additional charges. Candles are for decorative purposes only and should not be lit. Guests agree that a fee of up to £1,000 may be charged for House Rules violations. Check-in is from 3 pm and check-out is by 11 am. Late check-in may incur a fee, and late check-out without prior agreement is £50 per hour or fraction thereof. Free luggage drop-off is usually from 12 pm but to be agreed in advance.
