The bedroom is fitted with a double bed for 2 guests. The kitchen is fitted with a microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine with milk frother, and an oven. The bathroom is fitted with a shower over a standard-sized bath, toilet, and basin.

A baby cot is available on request for an additional fee. Early key collection can be arranged subject to availability and is charged at £20 per hour. Late check-out is also subject to availability and incurs a charge.

This apartment is located within a residential building and is not suitable for parties, events, or celebrations, with a strict policy against loud music or noise. Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge. Guests are kindly asked to return the parking permit upon check-out; a missing permit can result in a deposit charge of £100. Check-in time is 3 pm and check-out is 10 am, unless otherwise arranged. Unauthorized late check-out will incur a charge. Parcels cannot be delivered to the apartment's address. During exceptionally busy periods, maintenance works may be required with 24 hours' notice, unless it's an emergency. Stag, hen, or party groups are not allowed. Reservations with large groups under the age of 25 will not be accepted. Guests found smoking in front of the building will be subject to a £100 charge.We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with 1 hand towel and 1 bath mat.
