The Bills: Your rent covers the cost of all bills (gas/electricity, water, council tax, TV license etc) and includes unlimited superfast fibre broadband. There is also a cleaner for the communal areas every two weeks and a gardener on an ad hoc basis. The property has Hive installed to keep the house at the perfect temperature all year round.
